Aussi appelé « artichaut de Jérusalem », le topinambour est un légume-racine riche en fibres, en fer, en potassium et en phosphore. Cru comme cuit, il renferme des glucides qui contribuent à une bonne santé intestinale. Il se cuisine comme une pomme de terre. Sa saveur se rapproche de celle de l'artichaut. Also called “Jerusalem artichoke”, topinambur is a root vegetable rich in fiber, iron, potassium and phosphorus. Both raw and cooked, it contains carbohydrates that contribute to good intestinal health. It can be cooked like a potato. Its flavour is similar to that of an artichoke.
